What does "registry-verified" mean?
- Prospector Exchange checks a claim's tenure and standing directly against the relevant provincial mineral registry before the listing goes live. Geology, results, and the data inventory are seller-declared and not independently verified.
Do you take a commission?
- No. You pay a listing fee, not a commission. Buyers and sellers deal directly with each other and negotiate on their own terms.
What do I see before I contact a lister?
- The verified tenure status, the claim's location in its district, and a data summary. Technical data such as assay results or drill logs is typically shared under NDA once you connect directly with the lister.
