First, what's a slot?
A slot is a spot for one listing. Each plan comes with a set number of slots, and one slot holds one property for a year. Sell that property and take it down, and the slot opens up again - so you can list something else in its place, at no extra cost, for the rest of your year. You're buying room to sell, not a single ad.
Prices are per year, in CAD, plus GST. Your first slot is $149.99. From two slots up, each listing is a flat $200.00, with the five-slot plan a little higher. The price per listing is always shown up front.

Every listing includes
- A registry check. Confirmed against provincial registration records before it goes live.
- A claim map. The property drawn in its district context, from the registry footprint.
- Direct buyer contact. Interested parties reach you directly, no brokerage, no commission.
- A full year live. Each listing stays up for twelve months, or until you take it down.
- A verified badge. The registry-verified mark that tells buyers the licence is real and current.
How it works & questions
- How does pricing work?
- Each plan comes with a set number of slots and one price for the year, paid once. There is no per-listing billing to add up, and nothing changes in the middle of your year.
- What happens when I sell a property?
- Take the listing down and its slot opens back up. You can list another property in that slot for the rest of your year, at no extra cost.
- When does my plan renew, and can I cancel?
- It renews on its own for another year so nothing lapses by accident. We email you first, and you can turn auto-renewal off any time - the plan then ends when the year is up.
- Can I get more slots?
- Move up to a bigger plan any time you need more room; you pay only the difference for the days left in your year. If you hold more than five properties, contact us for Enterprise pricing.
- Why is my first slot cheaper than the rest?
- We keep the single-slot plan low so an individual prospector can afford to be here. From two slots up, each listing is a flat business rate - the same whether you hold two, three or four - with the five-slot plan a little higher.
- Are plan fees refundable?
- Plans are generally non-refundable once you publish a listing. See the Terms of Use for details.
- Do buyers pay anything?
- No. Browsing and reaching a lister are free. Buyers deal with you directly, and Prospector Exchange takes no commission on any sale.
