This Privacy Policy explains how Longpoint Energy Group Inc. ("Prospector Exchange," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal information when you use the Prospector Exchange platform at app.prospectorexchange.ca (the "Platform").

We handle personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, where it applies, Quebec's Law 25 and other applicable Canadian privacy laws.

By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

We take reasonable steps to ensure our service providers protect your information to a comparable standard. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and processed outside your province and Canada. The Platform is a B2B service and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
